Pace Yourself, Don’t Wear out Fitness.

We are approaching the 72-hour mark into the TriSystem EDGE Challenge.  Not even 3 full days into the TriSystem Challenge and participants are really making  strides to reset attitudes, mood and mindset toward an  incredible transformation.  Check out how most challenge participants are verifying their points:

Some people have signed up for the challenge but have yet to do their initial body fat assessment.  Make sure you do that this week.  Even though it seems some have tried to sprint ahead, the steady participant is the one who is going to win the challenge.  Don’t go so hard that you create a pace you can’t maintain.  It is the old “Tortoise and the Hare” story relived.

Remember:

This week is all about assessment, accountability and validation.  Be sure to log everything you do that has point value and get it validated by either a picture sent to me or by one of the Affiliates on the list.  The essential forms are listed below with some new food logs added.  You can use My Fitness Pal or any other app including the TriSystem online software.1.

  • Schedule  your initial body fat.  Call 858-694-0317.
  • If you don’t already have a TriSystem online account, go to http://platinumclub.trisystem.com and put your name, phone and email to start the process.  I  will make it FREE.
  • Download your Activity log sheets hereAffiliates, please use the this log sheet to verify contestant activities.  Be sure you have the right sheet.  One says contestant and one says affiliate.
