I really like the exercise program Jeff laid out for me. Easy to do and effective results. I can't wait for my first measurement session this Tuesday.

Wow! In 3 weeks my body fat dropped 4%. I asked Jeff for some help with my arms, as they weren’t growing like the rest of my body. Jeff gave me a new workout that will tax my arms and should help them grow.

After two weeks I wasn't sure if I was progressing as expected.  I was a bit concerned that 2400 calories wouldn't be sufficient to add size, muscle and strength I'm desiring.  Jeff confirmed with proper measuring that indeed I had progressed a bit slower and would need to up my calories.  In just over a week I've gainer over three pounds and am now more motivated to keep pumping in the calories.   My main objective has been to come as close to possible as what has been laid out for me on paper, as far as the diet goes.  I've had to make modifications during the work day as I'm on my feet and have no down time to sit and eat real foods.  Supplementing with Clif bar and Isoflex shake has allowed me to achieve roughly 450 calorie snacs that give me some 40 grams of protein and much needed carbs.  I'm feling guilty of neot getting enough "real food" in during this period and have incorporated almonds and apples.  Half sandwiches are also the norm,.  Once I get home it's a cake walk with the assistance of my prepared family meals….

Feb 21 measurements reaffirmed my progress.  I gained five lbs of weight, gained almost ten pounds of skeletal muscle and my body fat is down to 11 percent!  The workout has been changed and I'm quickly feeling the "good sore" feeling after a strenuous workout.  I'm even more motivated to get every feeding in with ample calories consisting of protein, carbs and low fat (50-30-20)!!

6 weeks in, 6 pounds down. Could be better if I would stick with the cardio. I'll get there. I feel awesome!!!! Thank you Jeff 🙂

Jeff, you have never steered me wrong.  Since I have known you for the last 15 years you have seen me go through a lot of changes.  Thank you for always being there for me and keeping me on track(even though I have strayed off track a few times).  My latest transformation has really made a huge impact not only physically, but more importantly mentally.  Thank you again for all of your guidance.  You not only have me as a customer for life but as a brother as well.  You are awesome!!
