This Is exactly why we do what we do at the TriSystem The TriSystem Sports Nutrition and Performance Center.  Our “Sue Brown Parties”  on Tuesday and Fridays have turned Sue Brown into a rockstar, able to leap tall Christmas trees in a single bound.”  I dare you to be as fit!  Put ten women in a room her age and she will run circles around everyone of them and then do some deadlifts.

Back To School Means Back to Fitness

Hey, guess what’s been happening at the TriSystem Center over the summer.  The new Human Trainer and other workout tools have been added to make our workouts the most contemporary, fun and effective routines for progress.  We’ve also had some great interns this summer and Kathy Schlientz even got a new foot!  Yes, her new foot is totally different than the old one.  She can walk on this one.

We’ve seen clients successfully battle multiple sclerosis, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, drop-foot, spinal lesions, back surgery, open heart surgery, angioplasty, muscle damage all during this last summer.

It’s amazing what the right, specific combination of targeted nutrition and customized exercise can do for people that want to be better!

We’ve really developed a reputation for being the plateau busters,  the problem solvers and the solution finders with God’s help.  If traditional diet and exercise are not working for you, we have the answer!

Challenge participants need to read this post all the way to the end.  

Are you in it to win it?  The TriSystem EDGE challenge is winding to a close.  Its just amazing to see how fast 6 weeks goes by.  You’ve all been working so hard. I’ve seen incredible changes in so many people this time.  This challenge was different. It focused on the behavior and participation rather than the result.  In shifting the focus to the process rather than the outcome, participants have run the race better and are crossing the finish line faster, with greater results than ever before.  The other difference is that participants used EDGE for the first time, consistently over the  weeks.  This had an amazing effect on mood, mindset and attitude.  Thus participation was way better than expected.

Well, it’s not over yet.  You still have to get your final body composition test, your after pics and continue to do all the things that generate points up until Wednesday, May 22nd.  I need your personal logs for all your points turned in to be verified by that day.

Do you know someone who is in a bad mood?

It seems like one thing after another is just getting in the way of people being happy these days. I’d say the feeling of contentment is less this decade than last.

Were things better in 2000 or 2005 than now?

Were things better in 2010 than now?

Did you have more money and less worries then? Were you in better shape? More energetic? What’s going on today? Between the economy, the president, the supreme court and everyone else, it just seems like you’re more likely to get rude behavior in the store and the middle finger on the road. I see it in my clients. They complain about their bank account, their family problems and the poor genetics God gave them forcing them to have to exercise and eat foods they hate.

I feel like I’m in jail. I can’t do the things I want, have the things I should have and I’m just worried about what’s coming next.” -During a client’s initial assessment.

Can you relate? Do you see a trend? Ice cream and liquor sales increase almost exactly opposite of the stock market. As the unemployment rate rises, so does the consumption of comfort food and hours spent on the couch.
